Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to check the membrane brine seal as this will cause the problem you are having. For compatible replacement filters and membranes see Ultima RO compatible replacement water filters and reverse osmosis membranes. Match your current membrane with one listed. You can also upgrade your systems production rate by replacing the membrane and flow restrictor. For more information on this see Upgrading Ultima Reverse Osmosis membrane GPD capacity. If you don't already have one, we suggest that you have a TDS Water Tester as it is the only way to know if your membrane is performing correctly.

I re-installed (we moved) our Ultima RO system but am unsure it is operating properly. With water supply on, if I leave the faucet on it never stops running, I don't remember our old system doing this. After draining the tank (with supply off) tank fills abnormally fast 5-10 minutes. It has all new filters and membrane (within last year), tank pressure was checked with tank empty and is 10psi. I put a stop gap faucet on it. If this does not sound normal. Is it obvious to you what is going on.
