  1. PREVIOUS VERSION: Automatic Shut-Off Valve for the Reverse Osmosis RO System-ASP ASV-1000
Automatic Shut Off Valve for reverse osmosis system - ASO ASV
Auto Shut Off RO 1 - Automatic shutoff valve for reverse osmosis systems. ASO ASV Easy to use 1/4" OD Tube Jaco connectors included. - The "in & out" markings are on the top of the valve. The top side of the valve is the high pressure side and the bottom side is the low pressure side. The high pressure from the filter housings goes to the "in" on the top of the valve. Then the high pressure "out" goes to the membrane housing "in". The membrane housing low pressure "out" connects to the "in" on the bottom side of the valve. The "out" on the bottom goes to the tank. The valve automatically shuts off production when the tank pressure reaches approximately 65% of the incoming line pressure.

  2. Auto Shut Off Valve For RO Reverse Osmosis System - 90 Percent - ASO ASV
Auto Shut Off Valve 90 Percent - ASO ASV
Auto Shut Off Valve set to trigger at 90 percent - System automatically shuts off when the tank pressure reaches 90% of the incoming line pressure. ASO ASV Comes with 1/4" OD Tube John Guest Speed Fit quick connectors. Made for use with systems that have a pressure booster pump such as a permeate pump. Adding a pump to a system with a standard auto shut off valve works fine. But changing the auto shut off valve to one that triggers at 90 percent of incoming line pressure will increase the holding capacity of the tank and provide a faster flow rate when dispensing water. • Increases flow and pressure • Increases storage tank capacity • Improves water quality • Extends membrane and diaphragm life • Reduces TDS creep • • • High pressure side is labeled with "In & Out". Low pressure side is labeled with "Tank". Low pressure side in & out correspond to the same orientation as the high pressure side. One side has markings "In" & "Out". The other side of the valve body has 2 markings "Tank". "Tank" is the low pressure side and "In" & "Out" are the high pressure side. Also, the "In" and & "Out" location is the same orientation on both sides. • • • Hydronamic # ASV-ERP-JG ASV-100 Grey body is 90% and ASV-100 white body is 60%. We ship only the grey body 90% valve for the ASV-100.

  3. The Terminator T-2000 Automatic Shut-Off Valve for the Reverse Osmosis System-ASO ASV-1000
The Terminator T-2000 Automatic Shut Off Valve for reverse osmosis system - ASO ASV
The Terminator T-2000 automatic shut off valve for reverse osmosis system. The Terminator 2000 will monitor the tap water pressure and the purified tank pressure. As the tank fills to about 2/3 of the tap water pressure, the Terminator will turn the system off. This can save as much as 1,500 gallons of water per month when compared to a system without a valve. The system is designed to turn back on after a significant amount of purified water has been drawn from the holding tank. This feature helps reduce TDS Creep (artificial increase of TDS in the holding tank) which is caused by rapidly turning on and off RO systems. The Terminator can be installed in a vertical or horizontal position. The valve uses 1/8 inch FPT ports, allowing you to use ¼ or 3/8 inch tubing Installation: 1. Pre-filtered tap water goes into port #1 on the end. 2. This water then comes out port #2 and goes to the inlet side of the RO membrane housing. 3. Purified RO water must pass by port #3. Put a “T” or an “EL” fitting here. ASO ASV

  4. AQUATEC- AFT - Auto Flush Kit with Timer- 1000
Aquatec ® AFT Auto Flush Kit With Timer
Aquatec ® AFT Auto Flush Kit With Timer. Reduces "brine to product" ratio Improves system "TDS" rejection rate Extends membrane life Hermetically protected electronics for long life One of the challenges addressed by Aquatec's Engineering staff was the development of a device that would assist the R.O. membrane to perform with maximum efficiency for longer time periods. Most designers recommend that a R.O. system be flushed on a regular basis. Aquatec's AFR 600 series Auto-Flush valve provides this flush. In addition, designers can reduce the "brine to product" ratio, especially in low "TDS" applications, while maintaining or improving system "TDS" rejection rate and extending membrane, sediment and carbon filter life. Upon system start-up and every hour thereafter, the 24 VAC normally closed solenoid valve automatically "power-flushes" the membrane at full pump flow, or full line pressure in unboosted systems, for 18 seconds every hour. Turbulent water action scrubs organic and inorganic contaminants from the membrane surface, extending membrane life and efficiency. The "power flush" occurs only while the system is in the water making mode. The flush cycle is reset automatically when the R.O. system repeats the "water making" mode after the "full tank shut-down" mode. Water which has been standing idle in the membrane module for an extended period, is purged to the drain.
